SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is available for most countries of the world. Shipping fees depend on the country and total price of items in your order and will be calculated at check-out. 

Shipping fees do not include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and deemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on the ordered items and your location. Baltic Guild orders products from our network of suppliers that ship to you directly. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately for logistical reasons so they get to you faster. Please keep this in mind when your items do not arrive all in one package or at the same time. 

Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. Baltic Guild is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods and holidays and we can never guarantee a delivery date.

Delivery time = handling time + shipping time

After your payment is authorized and verified your item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.

Express shipping takes 3-5 days and is available for customers in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, United States. Standard shipping times vary from 7-25 days depending on your location and items ordered.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. Depending on the carrier, it usually takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. To track your order, head over to the "ORDER LOOKUP" located on the home page. Enter your order number and email address to see all the information regarding your order. 

 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS / SIZE / COLOR

If you have put a wrong shipping address, picked a wrong size or color, please let us know immediately. We are not able to cancel your order once it has entered the shipping process. Let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to send you the right items to the right place.
