Returns & Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please send a prompt e-mail to support@balticguild.com once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase that have not been shipped yet, we can offer a partial refund. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

RETURNS

We know that sometimes an item may not fit or be right. If any products fail to live up to your expectation please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help. We ask you to contact us first so that we can make sure we resolve issues in the fastest and most appropriate way, which may require a product return, or simply a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, please mail it to Baltic Guild office, Akadeemia tee 10-38, Tallinn 12611 Estonia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you retain your receipt showing proof of postage when sending back the item(s). We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage.

 

GOODS EXEMPT FROM BEING RETURNED & REFUNDED

  • Any free items where you have paid only shipping do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged, or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support and verified
  • Any custom printed items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Products that are intimate, personal care or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards

 

 PARTIAL REFUNDS:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted so if you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank and/or credit card company.
